What is so special about May 29, 2024? It is the 5th Wednesday of the month and we do not have a team of shoppers ready to serve our customers! Are you interested in helping us on May 29? Do you speak conversational Spanish?
Many of our newest customers are Spanish speaking with limited English skills. We are looking for bilingual volunteers to work with our customer service teams throughout the month. We are open Monday/Tuesday 4:00 to 5:30 and Wednesday/Thursday 10:00 – 11:30. Are you available to work with us one or more days each month? We are also looking for someone that can assist us in translating information into Spanish to help our new customers. If interested, please email Andrea at andrea@webmail.us.
Food Drives
Do you know that food drives are a crucial component of our annual budget? Do you want to make a meaningful contribution to the food needs in our community? We need volunteers willing to lead and staff food drive teams at each Kroger Store. We have the process, procedures and printouts. We just need the people! Our upcoming food drive dates are May 8, June 1, June 8, June 29, July 13, July 27, August 10, and August 17.
